Vision and Mission
Vision
We believe that we should cultivate humble children of truth, free servants of Christ and upright citizens of the nation (in consistence with the motto: truth, freedom, service).
For Christ
We believe that the purpose of Christian education is not primarily for personal excellence, but for the glory of Christ and the benefit of the church and the country. For this reason, by faith in God's abundant promises to His covenant children, we hope that our school can cultivate self-sacrificing disciples of Jesus Christ. We strive to plant and water for Christ’s sake, and hope that God will give the increase by His sovereign grace (1 Cor. 3:6-8).
For the church
We believe that the main hope for the future of the church and the country lies in the education of the next generation. We believe that Christian education is the responsibility of the church, the family and the Christian community, and the church that ignores this vital responsibility of inheritance will inevitably die out (Psalm 78:1-4). Our vision is to pass on the faith from generation to generation through Christian education at a critical moment when the European Christian civilization is in danger of being lost. We wish to light up the vision of Christian education in other churches.
For service
We hope to use the means of the classical liberal arts, in the great works, especially the Bible, to lead students to experience the truth, goodness and beauty of the Triune God in the works of creation and redemption. We desire to equip individuals with wisdom, eloquence and Christian virtue in the classical manner to serve their own generation (Acts 13:36), and to establish healthy Christian communities that, in the threefold role of individual-community-church, will be a light and blessing to the entire nation.
Mission
Our mission consists of four pillars: individual—family—community—society and country
1. Establish a CCE school offering a low-cost, high quality education with a rich learning atmosphere, classical liberal arts curriculum, and formative Christian practices. Cultivate individuals with wisdom, eloquence and Christian virtues to enter various fields as salt and light.
2. Assist families to give their children Christian education.
3. Establish a Christian community incorporating the triad of family-school-church.
4. Influence society and the country in the form of a diverse, organic, lively and inherited Christian community.
